Herzratenvariabilit\u00e4t (HRV) ist eine akkurate und medizinisch anerkannte Messmethode, um die Funktion des vegetativen Nervensystems zu beurteilen. Aus diesem Grund wird die HRV-Aufzeichnung und -Analyse auch bei einer Vielzahl von wissenschaftlichen und medizinischen Studien, im Bereich der Stressbeurteilung und des allgemeinen Wohlbefindens (Training und Erholung) genutzt.<\/p>\n

Die Herzrate (HR) beschreibt die Anzahl der Herzschl\u00e4ge\/min. Herzraten-Variabilit\u00e4t ist eine mathematische Berechnung im Bezug auf die Zeitintervalle zwischen 2 gemessenen Herzschl\u00e4gen. Ein Algorythmus berechnet mit einem validierten Verfahren die zeitlichen Unterschiede dieser Intervalle und fasst diese in vergleichbare Werte zusammen (= HRV).<\/p>\n
